AWS is the largest non-profit service organization in Northeast Indiana has been an Allstar customer for over 10 years. AWS’s continued growth and addition of regional offices in South Bend, Indianapolis Ohio & Michigan. Allstar designed an enterprise VoIP solution that allows all AWS staff to utilize a common NEC platform including Desktop Messaging & Desktop Faxing to further increase efficiencies.

Allstar Communications has provided the Northeast Indiana BBB with Communications services for the past 8 years. Recently, the BBB acquired BBB offices in Elkhart and Lake County. Allstar deployed a 3-site VoIP network of NEC Aspire-IP systems allowing all offices to efficiently function as a single, unified organization.

By mandate from the Homeland Security Administration, the City of Fort Wayne & Allen County were required to install Emergency Alert systems in the City County Building and The Allen County Court House. In addition to the complexities of the system requirements from the HSA, Allstar technicians were tasked with installing speakers throughout the recently-renovated Allen County Courthouse while maintaining strict Historical Society Preservation standards. Allstar’s engineering team designed an elaborate Bogen Communications system allowing Voice & Alert tones to be activated from any phone in the building, the Emergency Dispatch Center and remotely via secure line access.

The University of Saint Francis has experienced tremendous growth over the past 10 years. Multiple building additions and renovations required USF to implement a cohesive Structured Wiring platform. Beginning with the Pope John Paul II building, Allstar Communications installed a Panduit Category 6 1000 Mbps cabling solution including over 1500 cable runs and over 150 Fiber Optic strands. The modular design and BiCSi-compliant installation will allow USF IT staff to easily manage all Data & Telecom Moves & Adds. Allstar Communications is currently installing the infrastructure for a campus-wide Wireless Network that will allow the students and faculty complete wireless access in any of the campus buildings, dorms and athletic facilities.

Wabash City Schools consists of 2 Elementary Schools, Middle School, High School and Administration Building. Each of these locations had separate phone systems and phone lines. Allstar Communications leveraged the district’s Wireless Wide Area Network to deploy the NEC Aspire-IP solution to every classroom and Administration office. In addition to having a Unified solution, the school district was able to pay for the hardware in little over 2 years with their reduced phone line charges resulting from the installation of an ISDN PRI circuit.

With 3 facilities in Fort Wayne and one in Ireland, unprecedented growth and an aging telecom system; FWM turned to Allstar Communications to design a cutting-edge technology solution to allow their Sales and Client Relations staff to offer world-class Service to their customers. With the NEC Aspire-IP system, FWM is able to communicate with their clients using Voice, e-mail and Fax from a single, unified platform. Additionally, FWM is able to gauge performance and client satisfaction with the Call Accounting reports generated by the NEC Aspire-IP.

With 11 Doctors and over 100 Clinical & Support Staff, ENT Associates is one of the largest medical groups in Fort Wayne. Rising telecom costs and increased growth compelled ENT to look for a solution to support their needs. Centralized Scheduling & Customer Service with agents working from multiple offices were among the requirements from ENT. Allstar Communications was able to exceed ENT’s expectations with the installation of the NEC Aspire-IP at their Dupont Headquarters complimented with VoIP extensions at all their remote facilities. Additionally, Allstar redesigned their inter-office T-1 & PRI Circuits resulting in a cost savings that paid for the hardware investment in less than 4 years.

As the nation’s largest supplier of commercial food service equipment, Heritage has experienced double-digit growth in each of the last 5 years. Heritage’s philosophy that no customer should ever receive voice mail, created a challenge considering that they have the potential for 120 simultaneous inbound calls on their 5 T-1 circuits. Utilizing the NEC Aspire-IP’s robust ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) functionality, Allstar was able to create a complex call routing design that allows Heritage to boast the highest levels of Customer Service in the industry. In addition to their corporate office, Allstar has installed over 25 phone systems for Heritage’s remote service facilities across the United States, with plans for 50 more in the next few years.
